Leo is Principal and CEO Avant Leap, leading the strategy for solutions and professional services company-wide. He is an architect by trade and is based out of our Irvine, California office,

With 20 years of industry experience, Leo has served as a consultant to hundreds of AECO organizations in the USA and worldwide.

Armin Emami, PhD.

Principal and Partner

Armin is a partner and the principal for the entire Middle East region for Avant Leap, leading the strategy for consulting and business development for the Middle East market. He is based out of our Dubai office in the UAE.

With 20 years of industry experience Armin has served as an architect and structural engineer in the US and around the world, working with large architectural firms throughout the world.

Enoch Chow, RA, NCARB

Director of Digital Practice

Enoch is the Director of Digital Practice for Avant Leap, leading our technical consulting strategy from R&D, Planning to Execution. He is based out of our Los Angeles, California office.

Enoch is an experienced architect, technologist and inventor with a demonstrated history of solving complex problems via innovative solutions at AECO organizations of all sizes.

Anatasia Brown

Director of Business Development - UAE

Anastasia leads the business development strategy for the Middle East market and manages a team of BDMs spread out across the Middle East region including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon.

She is an Engineer and Manager by trade with extensive experience in project management and is based out of our Dubai, UAE office.
