These keys are collected directly from you when you enter them into the designated fields within the Application. We do not store these API keys on our servers or within the Application after the application window is closed. These keys are used solely to authenticate your requests with the respective third-party services during your active session, enabling the Application to send prompts and receive generated design data.

The Application also generates and stores data related to your design explorations locally on your computer within a designated "design element" folder. This includes:

• Input Image: If you choose to load an image from your device, this image is selected by you through your device's file system and is stored locally within the design element folder on your computer. This image is used as a visual reference for the AI models to generate design alternatives.

• Prompts: Any text prompts you input to guide the design generation are typed directly by you into the prompt box within the Application and are stored locally within the design element folder on your computer. These prompts instruct the AI models on the desired design characteristics.

• Generated Design Options: The 125 generated design options, including images and associated data (estimated costs and carbon footprints), are received from ReplicateAI's services and are stored locally within the design element folder on your computer. This data is presented to you as the output of the design generation process.

• Room Dimensions: If you input the area and height of the room, this information is entered by you into the designated fields within the Application and is stored locally within the design element folder on your computer. This data is used to calculate the estimated costs and carbon footprints of the generated design options.

We do not collect any other personal data from you through your use of the Application. All design-related data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Avant Leap or any third-party servers, except for the direct interaction with OpenAI and ReplicateAI services initiated by your API keys during your active session.

2. Confirmation of Third-Party Data Protection

The Application interacts with the following third-party services to provide its core functionality:

• OpenAI: Provides the large language model capabilities used to generate prompts for the image generation model.

• ReplicateAI: Hosts the generative model that creates the interior design images based on the prompts.

When you use your API keys within the Application, your requests and related data are transmitted to these third-party services. We confirm that to the best of our knowledge, both OpenAI and ReplicateAI commit to providing appropriate protection for any data processed through their services, as outlined in their respective privacy policies. All data generated and used by Avant Leap Itera (input images, prompts, generated design options, room dimensions) is stored locally on your computer within the designated "design element" folders.

• Retention: Avant Leap does not retain any of this data. The data remains on your local device for as long as you choose to keep it. We have no access to this locally stored information.

• Deletion: You have complete control over the data stored locally by the Application. You can delete individual design elements and their associated data using the "Delete design" button within the Application. This action permanently removes the corresponding directory and its contents from your computer. You can also manually delete these folders using your computer's file system.

4. How End Users Can Revoke Consent or Request Data Deletion

As Avant Leap Itera does not store your design data or API keys, there is no direct consent to revoke with Avant Leap regarding this information.

• Design Data: You can delete all design-related data stored locally by using the "Delete design" button within the Application or by manually deleting the corresponding folders from your computer. This action effectively deletes the data from your possession.

• API Keys: The API keys are entered by you for each session and are not stored by the Application after the window is closed. To revoke consent or manage the usage of your API keys for OpenAI and ReplicateAI services, you must do so directly through their respective platforms. Deleting the Application will not automatically revoke your API keys for these services. You can typically manage or revoke API keys through your account settings on the OpenAI and ReplicateAI websites.
