What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a talented individual who has a passion for BIM and software development especially for Autodesk product workflows and APIs included but not limited to Revit, BIM 360 and related ecosystem to help us create innovative solutions for the building design and construction industry. This opportunity requires high level of critical thinking and communication skills to interact internally and with clients.

This position is 100% remote with a lot of flexibility.

Your Role with Us:

  • Develop and maintain software feature sets, covering architecture, design, implementation, and testing

  • Collaborate with team members for software updates and progress

  • Participate in discovery sessions to estimate task efforts

  • Implement solutions in .net using Python or C#

  • Develop add-ins using Revit SDK/API and build applications with Autodesk Forge

  • Ensure code efficiency, reliability, and application responsiveness

  • Address bottlenecks and bugs, maintain code quality, and document programming tasks and procedures

Key Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years in automation/integration tools. Exceptional design or construction solutions acceptable for less experience.

  • Proficient in modern software development practices and tools like JIRA, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins.

  • Expertise in C, C++, C#, JavaScript, or Python and Autodesk Forge.

  • Direct experience with Autodesk products, particularly Revit.

  • Skilled in working with Revit's BIM elements, geometry, symbols, and core API objects.

  • Ability to learn new languages and work in complex systems.

  • Openness to learning AI subsets, particularly in generative AI.

  • Familiar with dashboards and BI platforms.

  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming.

  • Detail-oriented with respect to deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

  • Experience with game engines like UNREAL.

  • Have a strong understanding of the concept of building generative design

  • Hands-on experience with Machine learning applications in a BIM environment

  • Web Development experience
