CASE STUDY 1

Flagship Ride Attraction Renovation

Challenge

The renovation of a flagship ride attraction had an extremely compressed design to construction timeline, intricate as built conditions to verify, and a substantial number of disciplines that needed constant coordination.

Solution

Avant Leap's embedded consultant required every design team to model at LOD 300 and glue Revit updates weekly into a single merged model in Navisworks, run through BIM 360 as the collaboration backbone, with automated QA/QC and laser scan verification of as built conditions.

Result

0% of detected clashes were resolved within two weeks of identification and model corruption was brought close to zero, letting the construction manager review constructability in parallel with the design team and protect the project's aggressive schedule.
